Graduate & Law Move-Out Dates (On-Campus and Neighborhood Units)

• The contracted period for students enrolled in the school of law ends Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 9:00PM. Those with new leases starting on June 1 are able to stay until 9:00AM the following morning. 
• The contracted period for students enrolled in a graduate program ends Tuesday, June 30, 2025 51³Ô¹Ï at 9:00PM. Those with new leases starting on June 1 are able to stay until 9:00AM the following morning.
• Students are not able to leave ANY personal items in their space beyond move-out, including those returning to the same space for Fall 2026. 

Bar Extension & Summer Bridge

Returning Graduate & Law students who intend to bridge the summer term must have a confirmed 2026-2027 University Graduate Housing Contract and must have completed an application and have a confirmed summer assignment for Summer 2026.

Students enrolled in the School of Law who are taking the California Bar examination are able to complete an application for Summer 2026 without having a 2026-2027 contract. This extension ends Friday, July 31, 2025 51³Ô¹Ï, at 9:00 PM.


Donations are not be accepted during Move-Out at any Graduate Law Residence Hall. Do not leave items in building lobbies. Dumpsters will be available for any items you wish to dispose of.
